<p>If you want to motivate yourself, set goals like losing 1 pound a week or going down 2 clothes sizes in a month. Then reward yourself with a dress the size you are on if you managed to go from a 12 to 10.</p>
<p>Quick weight loss methods or poularly known as fad diets becasue they provide temporary weight loss. the reason for this is that the person who chose to follow the technique did nit have the right amount of attitude and discipline needed for a permanent weight loss plan. He or She is just focus on the short term effects in which the lost weight will be gained just as easily as it was lost.</p>
<p>What should one NOT EVEN TRY when losing weight?</p>

<li>PROCRASTINATION. delaying your weight loss for tomorrow will only be your problem for another day because it will not really help you lose weight.</li>
