How can you send emails to your prospects without appearing to be spammy?

There are actually rules to follow if you want to promote your business using the email.

  • First, never send unsolicited commercial emails or UCE. To avoid directing your emails to the spam mails, send email correspondence to individuals who have requested it. If  you are into an affiliate program wherein you are tasked to endorse a merchant’s website pertaining to travel and adventure planning, you can send emails to people who have subscribed to your program. It would be better that you send him monthly email newsletters with regularly-updated information on other topics, but do not mix your newsletter bases just because you want to increase your mailing volume.If you  send out-of-topic email newsletters that will surely be a ground to  losing your present and potential clients.
  • Second rule is to be consistent with the frequency of email newsletters sent. Consider what  Internet marketing business you have and  your subscriber’s level of interest; the most reasonable frequency could be weekly or monthly. For sure, you will be able to attract more potential clients since they know when they can expect to receive a fresh email newsletter from you.
