<li>First, never send unsolicited commercial emails or UCE. To avoid directing your emails to the spam mails, send email correspondence to individuals who have requested it. If  you are into an affiliate program wherein you are tasked to endorse a merchant’s website pertaining to travel and adventure planning, you can send emails to people who have subscribed to your program. It would be better that you send him monthly email newsletters with regularly-updated information on other topics, but do not mix your newsletter bases just because you want to increase your mailing volume.If you  send out-of-topic email newsletters that will surely be a ground to  losing your present and potential clients.</li>
<li>Second rule is to be consistent with the frequency of email newsletters sent.
