Losing weight should be within realistic goal setting.

If you continuously force yourself to lose a big amount of weight and clothes size, you will not only feel frustrated and angry but depressed also which is not mentally healthy.

If you want to motivate yourself, set goals like losing 1 pound a week or going down 2 clothes sizes in a month. Then reward yourself with a dress the size you are on if you managed to go from a 12 to 10.

Quick weight loss methods or poularly known as fad diets becasue they provide temporary weight loss. the reason for this is that the person who chose to follow the technique did nit have the right amount of attitude and discipline needed for a permanent weight loss plan. He or She is just focus on the short term effects in which the lost weight will be gained just as easily as it was lost.

What should one NOT EVEN TRY when losing weight?

  1. DO NOT SKIP MEALS. skipping will cause hypoglycemia or low blood sugar that will make one dizzy and faint.
  2. NO EXERCISE. how will you burn calories by just sitting down. get up and move!
  3. PROCRASTINATION. delaying your weight loss for tomorrow will only be your problem for another day because it will not really help you lose weight.

Losing weight in a time frame is the same as following a fad diet. Monitor your weight while at the same time eating healthy amd exercising regualr will show positive result.

As probably mentioned before, losing weight is not an overnight process.
